Customers’ magazines or Stuff Papers – mass media of enterprises – can be reliable means if thought out and conceptually structured. To achieve this it is important to define by what media? who? and what will be communicated. Each Format has its specific Layout – to be competitive even to professional public print media.
Basic grounds of successful Customers’ magazines first of all include the understanding that Corporate mass media can be a strategic management instrument. They are effective if clearly structured and distinguish from others. Inside corporate stories can be interesting for the Stuff but it is not a Customer Magazine where they should be.
