CtP (Computer to plate)


On the first stage of print preparation those data that proved to be suitable and satisfying are digitally processed to optimize the following Workflow. 
 
The work is going on at more than 8 DTP-working places (Mac und PC) performed by competent Media constructors who operate all widely used graphic and Layout software.
 
Printing of a Press Form involves some middle stage work as Preps like ArtPro in Fuji CelebraNT-Workflow based on CTP-Technology. Control plots would pass through two HP-Colour plots. Undergoing of a digital work stage provides optimal quality and product safety. This is how successful Print objects are being realized at shortest time. 

The care that we show preparing the data for printing results in quality you get on the other end of the printing machine. To add we display the printing plates directly, omitting an intermediary stage of film preparation. The advantage of this technology is an accurate quality (up to 1/1000 mm) and quicker results acquired due to offsetting from still usual litho steps.
